Whether you need a TV mounted, a faucet replaced, or furniture assembled, you’ll know exactly what it costs before we arrive. Every job includes a detailed scope of work, set time expectations, and experienced technicians who show up ready to get the job done right.

Henley HandyWorks Terms & Conditions for Flat-Rate Services


Service Overview

Henley HandyWorks offers flat-rate handyman services that can be scheduled and paid for online. All services are priced based on average time and complexity. Final charges may vary slightly depending on the actual scope of work completed on-site.


Booking & Payments

  • Online bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by email after successful payment or deposit.
  • Customers may choose to pay in full or secure the appointment with a non-refundable deposit.
  • The remaining balance (if applicable) is due immediately after service is completed.


Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of reason for cancellation.
  • Deposits are used to reserve your appointment time, allocate labor, and prepare materials.
  • If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to apply your deposit to a future appointment.


Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments may be rescheduled once at no cost with 24+ hours’ notice.
  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit and require a new one to rebook.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours’ notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the total service charge.


Scope of Work

  • Flat-rate pricing covers standard tasks listed in the booking description.
  • If unforeseen issues arise (e.g., hidden damage, code violations, additional repairs), additional charges may apply and will be discussed prior to work continuing.


Technician Arrival

  • Our technicians strive to arrive on time. However, circumstances such as traffic or delays from previous jobs may cause minor delays. Customers will receive a notification when the technician is en route.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen emergencies.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure clear access to the job site and disclose any known issues in advance.
  • Any pets must be secured during the appointment.
  • If a technician cannot safely access or complete the work due to customer-related conditions, the service will be marked as a visit and may require a new booking.


Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience an issue with the completed service within 7 days, we will return to address it at no additional cost (within reason and scope of original service).
